The UFC is back this weekend with two Fight Night events. Firstly, a grudge match in Australia, as Luke Rockhold and Britain's own Michael Bisping do battle to settle a rift three years in the making. Also, in Uberlandia, Brazil the legendendary Mauricio "Shogun" Rua faces a late opponent change as Ovince St Preux replaces Jimi Manuwa.

As always I'm here to try and guide you towards some bets you may like but always remember to put your own thoughts into it and maybe pick some other guys you like in these bets.

Bet 1

£5 Stake Returns £57

Ross Pearson 8/13
Guto Inocente 4/9
Clint Hester 8/15
Ian McCall 8/15
Warlley Alves 2/5
Caio Magelhaes 1/2

So with so many fights over the two cards I have decided to pick three from each event to form this parlay. First up in Sydney we start off with the Blackzilians' Guto Inocente who drops down to the light-heavyweight division for the first time as he faces Aussie veteran Anthony Perosh.

This can be considered your typical striker versus grappler match up, and Inocente without a doubt needs to keep this on his feet even though Perosh does have knockout power.

If this hits the ground, Guto could be in BIG trouble as Perosh has a stifling top game and is physically strong in top control. He will always look for a submission while mixing in heavy ground and pound but I do like Inocente here.

Clint Hester faces Robert Whittaker, who makes his debut in the very tough middleweight division. Hester, who is on a four fight winning streak is a fighter who uses his length very well and strikes from the outside. He utilises good clinch work and takedown defence, and he is a very strong pick for this fight.

When I saw Robert Whittaker was moving up to the middleweight division I instantly wondered why. As a welterweight Whittaker was no where near the biggest and now moving up and especially against Clint this is a mismatch in my opinion.

In the co-main event, Sunderland's Ross "The Real Deal" Pearson fights for the third time in six months and is looking to add to his impressive knockout victory against perennial top 15 lightweight Gray Maynard last time out, as he faces Team Serra Longo fighter Al Iaquinta.

Pearson is clearly the better technician and more powerful striker, whereas Iaquinta is the better wrestler but Pearson has held his own against wrestlers in the past. I just can't see where Iaquinta causing problems for Ross here and i'm going with a unanimous decision for the "Real Deal".

On to Brazil and we start off with Caio "Hellboy" Magelhaes against Trevor Smith in a middleweight encounter. Magalhaes is a heavy hitter who comes out swinging hard and I think he may catch Smith here but if he doesn't Smith may come into it late in the fight on. The Brazilian is very tough and never stops working no matter how tired he may get and i'm just siding with him here.

Up next we have TUF Brazil 3 winner Warlley Alves who moves back down to his original weight class after winning the middleweight portion of the show.

I have picked him here but he has a very tough opponent in Alan Jouban who showed on his UFC debut that he has the power to put people away.

Both fighters come into this contest high on confidence but I just feel Alves will wear Jouban down as the fight goes deep and I can see Alves coming on Strong and getting a submission finish.

Finally, Ian McCall takes on John Lineker in perhaps the most important fight of the whole weekend as the winner here gets the next shot at flyweight king Demetrious Johnson.

Speed is the key here, and "Uncle Creepy" is the faster fighter and gets his shots off quicker and uses his strikes to set up his takedowns. Arguably, the one thing he doesn't have is finishing power unlike his opponent who is perhaps the best in the entire division but McCall's far better movement, angles and hand speed should be enough to set up his rematch with DJ.

Bet 2-Value Bet

Jake Matthews 2/7
Thomas Almeida 2/7
Soa Palelei 8/15

Looking for a value bet which will double your money? Look no further than this, all fighters are heavy favourites here with only one possible risky bet and that is Palelei. That is only because it's the heavyweight division. Thomas Almeida although a debutant in the UFC is a stone cold killer and I think will be fighting for a title in the future. Jake Matthews is another young gun with the world at his feet, a very strong lightweight whose skills are ever improving should prove far too much for Rocha.

A few side bets to look out for:

Louis Smolka to win Via Sub 4/1
Leon Edwards via Decision 13/4
Colby Covington Via Decision 5/1

Good Luck
