Liverpool Kaobon fighter Grundy (1-0) made his successful professional MMA debut at BAMMA 16, scoring a first round brabo choke over Ant Phillips.
The Commonwealth wrestling Bronze medallist said: "I am looking forward to returning to BAMMA in Manchester and showcasing new techniques I've been working on. Cutting is a good opponent but I want to give my great fans an early Christmas present."
Michael "Gip" Cutting (6-2) trains out of Kyouken MMA in Hampshire. Despite a loss to huge prospect bantamweight Ed Arthur, he rebounded with a second round armbar win over Richie Edwards at Fight Night 2.
The jiu jitsu black belt has now decided to move up to featherweight to challenge Grundy: "I'm not going to hang around, I'm gonna cut this fight short"
Also a flyweight fight between Elite Training Centre's Sam "The Hobbit" Creasey (3-0) and Sapphire Gym's Mick Gerrard (2-1) has also been added.
"I respect Mick and he will be one of my toughest tests so far, but its my time to shine and I'm not losing this fight" said Sam.
Mick added: "I'm really looking forward to fighting on such a great show as BAMMA. I respect my opponent, but I'm here to make a statement and make everyone aware of who I am and what I'm about."
