Paul Daley's incredible 2014 kickboxing run continued last night in Bournemouth at Pheonix Fight Night Round 3. He defeated Artem Mironcev by TKO in the third after knocking the Latvian down five times in the fight.

Paul took to his official Facebook page to spread the news of his latest victory.

"Victory, again. This time over 33-3-2 Latvian champion, and world amateur Muay-Thai champion. 3rd TKO (with 5 knockdowns in the fight). F.O.A.M.S. Last 11 fights, 10 stoppages. . F.O.A.M.S. Team Semtex/Spirit Dojo."

This win chalks Daley up to five wins; and finishes, out of five this year; as he now turns his attention to a busy schedule, which includes his K-1 debut vs Mohammad Ghaedibardeh at the K-1 World Max Final in Thailand on October 4th.

However, switching over to MMA, Paul's next challenge takes place next month at BAMMA 16 in Manchester, as he faces off against Brazilian Igor Fernandes, in what is presumed to be his last fight for the promotion before he moves over to Bellator MMA.

Tickets are still on sale for BAMMA 16 here: http://bit.ly/1xZ6u2g
