BAMMA 17 took place at the Victoria Warehouse in Manchester with a card packed full of impressive debuts and brutal finishes, Colin 'Freakshow' Fletcher started off quite slow in the main event against Michael Brightmon and survived a few heavy shots before Brightmon tired and eventually gave up as Freakshow got the win via second round TKO (Corner stoppage).
Brett McDermott scored the most impressive win of the night as he flattened former UFC Oli Thompson with a huge KO punch. Martin Stapleton and Brendan Loughnane made impressive BAMMA debuts as Stapleton got the submission win and Loughnane the TKO victory.
