Following yesterday's announcement that Tyron Woodley (14-3) had accepted a co-main event fight against Kelvin Gastelum (10-0) at UFC 183, a certain Welterweight contender took to Twitter to voice his opinion.
After Hector Lombard (34-4-1) had earned a lop-sided decision victory over Jake Shields back in March and Woodley had knocked out Dong Hyun Kim a few months later, many were calling for the two physical specimens to collide in a potential number one contender bout.

So with Lombard unable to sign-up to a fight with Woodley, the former Bellator Middleweight champion decided to stay active, however the UFC gave him a rather odd match-up with TUF 2 contestant Josh Burkman, scheduled to take place January 3rd at UFC 182.
However, just three days removed from Gastelum's win over Jake Ellenberger, Woodley appears to have jumped at the chance to get back in the cage, so the question rises again, why didn't he take the Lombard fight? Some fans think Woodley fears the 36-year-old and it seems Lombard would agree:
