Weekly Round Up: Fight Announcements (October 6th - 12th)

The second week in October has been a busy week for matchmakers with no less than 27 fights made across all of the major promotions. 

As always Joe Silva and Sean Shelby have been busy booking fights for upcoming card such as UFC 180, UFC 181, UFC on Fox 13 and more.  Sam Caplin over at Bellator has got in on the action booking Glory fighter Joe Schilling in an intriguing matchup against fellow kickboxer Melvin Manhoef who will meet under MMA rules at Bellator 131, and Matt Hulme has been busy too over at ONE FC booking 3 fights for their upcoming show, ONE FC 23 - Battle of Lions.

The busiest matchmaker this week has been UK matchmaking extraordinaire Ian Dean, with Cage Warriors announcing 13 fights for the either upcoming shows - Cage Warriors 73 which takes place November 1st in Newcastle and Cage Warriors 74 which takes place 2 weeks later in London.
