Four fights added to Roar of Tigers
by Andreas Georgiou - @AGeorgiouMMAONE FC are set to rock Kuala Lumpur’s Stadium Putra once again on October 17 with ONE FC: ROAR OF TIGERS. Four additional bouts have been confirmed that will surely add excitement for all mixed martial arts fans in attendance.
Malaysian star Peter Davis returns to the ONE FC cage to take on Filipino Vaughn Donayre. Following her victory over Boxing world champion Ana Julaton, Ann Osman makes a quick turnaround to face the tough Aya Saeid Saber. Anatpong Bunrad and Marc Marcellinus look to wow the crowd in an intense Bantamweight battle. Bashir Ahmad also makes his return by locking horns with Thai opponent, Tanaphong Khunhankaew.
The event will be headlined by the return of “Ruthless” Rob Lisita, as he faces undefeated Russian Marat Gafurov in a featherweight battle which has been previously announced.

Peter Davis is a Wuji Chuan exponent and the face of mixed martial arts in Malaysia. Along with being the top lightweight in Malaysia, he is also a prominent celebrity with a long list of modeling and acting roles on his resume. Davis consistently finishes his opponents in impressive fashion and will be looking to use his tall and lanky frame accompanied by a significant reach advantage to propel him to victory against Donayre.
Vaughn Donayre is a Filipino mixed martial artist based in Dubai. The Cebu-native quit his mechanical engineering job to become a fighter. He has won seven of his last nine bouts and is highly regarded as an exciting mixed martial artist constantly in pursuit of the finish.
Ann Osman impressed in her conquest of Boxing world champion Ana Julaton, and is looking for a repeat performance. Osman is the first female Malaysian mixed martial artist to compete in a major mixed martial arts organization. She possesses wrestling skills and powerful ground and pound, making her a tough matchup for any opponent.
Egyptian MMA standout Aya Saeid Saber made her ONE FC debut a few months ago and surprised the crowd with her grit and tenacity. She showcased impressive stand-up and a robust ground game in her last fight, and will give Ann Osman all that she can handle.
Anatpong Bunrad is a dangerous Thai Bantamweight who currently trains in Belgium. He is a winner of three of his first four bouts as a professional, including two TKO victories and a win by submission. He is set to take on young striker, Marc Marcellinus of Malaysia.
Marc Marcellinus makes his return to the ONE FC cage after an intense debut. Marcellinus is a solid fighter with good all-around skills. He has a knack for striking and will go shot for shot with Bunrad in this upcoming bout.
Tanaphong Khunhankaew is a Thai Featherweight with loads of potential and the experience of eight fights under his belt. His natural propensity to strike will prove useful in a bout against one of the toughest fighters he will ever face in Bashir Ahmad.
Bashir Ahmad is widely known as the ‘Father of Pakistani MMA’. He is extremely quick and relentless with his striking and will look to overwhelm opponents from the beginning of the match. He is 1-1 inside the ONE FC cage and aims to score another impressive victory when he takes on Tanaphong Khunhankaew.
